Parents, this is just a reminder that you MUST HAVE a White Oak Car Tag hanging in your vehicle in order to pick up your child(ren) via the Car Pickup Line. This safety protocol is for the protection of our students, your children, and we will continue to be diligent with its enforcement. If you do not have a car tag or if you have lost your car tag, you will need to come inside the building to sign out the student and/or pick up another tag. They are available in the intermediate office. Thank you for working together with us to keep our boys and girls safe.

Yesterday was Mr. Barry Henson’s 50th birthday. We would like to wish him a belated Happy Birthday and thank him for taking care of our elementary campuses. At his age, we know it must be difficult. Keep up the good work, Mr. Workerman!

Early Release Day will be Tuesday, November 25th

Intermediate will release at 11:30.

We hope that you will enjoy your Thanksgiving Holidays by spending time with your family. We will see you again on Monday, December 1st.

There will be NO SCHOOL on November 26th – 28th.

The Big Kahuna Cookie Dough Fundraiser was a great success. On Friday, our students were gathered in the gym where our BIG guest drew the winning names for the remaining ducklings. The BIG duck went to Alex B. Congratulations to all our students because you are all winners.

Delivery Notice

Your student’s fundraising products and prizes will be delivered on Thursday, December 11th.

Please make arrangements to pick up products on this day only.  The school has NO available refrigerated space for overnight storage.  Please make arrangements to pick up your student’s order from 2:00-5:30 that day.  Questions or fundraising information please contact Arthur Franzke @ 817-366-2276.

Any student who enrolled after September 30th or any student who was absent on the first picture day will need to have their pictures made for the yearbook on Wednesday. Envelopes are available for those intermediate students in the intermediate office. Any faculty member who did not have his/her picture taken for the yearbook will also need to take care of this on Wednesday. Put on your best smile, and let’s do this!
