Friday, December 16th, will be the last day of school before the Christmas holidays and will also be the first class party. Specific changes have been made to allow for all events to occur without confusion and congestion in both the upper entry hallway and both campus parking lots.

ALL Teachers and Staff have been asked to park in the following locations:

(1)On the upper blacktop where the band practices

(2)Along the fence line of the north end of the football field

(3)In the spaces designed reserved for our special football fans on the west side of Roughneck Stadium

This will allow Intermediate parents the full parking lot located along the bus drop-off route. ALL Primary parents will need to park in the parking lot on the west end of the Primary Building.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

All class parties – Kindergarten through fifth grades – will begin promptly at 9:00. Parents will not be allowed to enter the building to set up for the parents until 8:30. 

ONLY INTERMEDIATE parents will be allowed entry through the doors of the Intermediate Campus. These are the doors located where the buses drop off students in the morning.

PRIMARY Parents will be redirected to the entry doors of the Primary Campus. The entry to the Primary Campus is located where car pick-up takes place. Primary has the same buzzer system at their campus entry door.

We are confident that these changes will minimize congestion in the small hallway on the Intermediate campus and make it easier and faster for parents to enter and attend their appropriate grade level parties.
