Football Camp Form

White Oak Intermediate will host “Meet the Teacher” Tuesday afternoon, August 9th, from 5:00-6:00 p.m. During that time, parents are invited to the student’s classroom to meet their teacher. If you have already purchased your school supplies, please bring them at that time. Classroom fees will also be collected. The school supply lists for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades are posted on the right sidebar of the blog.

REMINDER: If you wait until the first day of school to bring your supplies, we will have carts ready in the gym. Parents of intermediate students are not allowed to walk students upstairs to the classroom. All intermediate students will go to the gym every morning where teachers will be on duty.

Parents may access their student’s STAAR test results on June 24th by going to https://www.texasassessment.gov/ and entering the student’s UAC (unique access code) and birthdate. 

If you do not have your child’s UAC from previous years (this remains the same throughout their 3rd-12th school years), then click on “Log in to Student Portal“.  Once you have accessed the Portal, click on “Look Up Access Code“.

You will be asked to enter your child’s First Name, PEIMS ID (Social Security No. no spaces), and Birthdate.

Below you will find a downloadable school supply list for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students of White Oak Intermediate School. Just scroll down the document until you find your child’s grade level. These lists are also linked to the sidebar of our campus blog. We look forward to seeing each of you in August.
