Texas Assessment Data Portal Open

Today the Commissioner of Education announced that the State Assessment Data Portal opened to parents. Our fourth and fifth graders brought home Unique Access Codes (UAC) with their final report cards. Our third graders did not bring home their UAC because they had not yet been generated by the state.

Parents may access their student’s test results by clicking on the image above or by going to http://www.texasassessment.com/ and entering the student’s UAC and birthdate.

If you do not have your student’s Unique Access Code (UAC), Parents may click on the link ➢WHERE’S MY UNIQUE ACCESS CODE?

on the Texas Assessment page and be redirected to enter the First Name, PEIMS ID (Social Security No. no spaces), and birthdate.

Schools have been informed that printed copies will arrive on a delayed timeframe for this transition year.
