White Oak vs. Redwater

The White Oak Roughnecks will play Redwater this Friday, August 28th. In order to keep everyone safe and to make sure students who leave for the pep rally are not removed from the building without parent permission, we will follow these procedures:

  1. Complete a Pep Rally Pass. Have your child give the pass to the teacher on Friday morning.Screen Shot 2015-08-26 at 1.09.29 PM
  2. The teacher will send your child to the cafeteria at 2:30. Pep Rally begins at 3:02 right across the street at the HS Gym so this provides more than enough time.
  3. On the day of the Pep Rally, an adult will sign the student out at the table placed in front of the office.
  4. The Double Doors will open at 2:30, and parents will enter to the right side of the cafeteria, circle around and get their child, and exit on the left side of the cafeteria out the front.
  5. IF YOUR CHILD DOES NOT HAVE A NOTE, YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN HIM/HER OUT USING THE COMPUTER AND WAIT IN THE FOYER AREA. THESE STUDENTS WILL BE CALLED DOWN AFTER THE OTHER STUDENTS HAVE BEEN PICKED UP FOR THE PEP RALLY.
  6. Phone Calls to the Office during the day requesting that a child be allowed to go to the Pep Rally will not take the place of a note. The adult will need to come in and sign them out and wait until those students with notes have been picked up.
  7. Students are not allowed to walk to the Pep Rally without an Adult with them. The Administration at High School and Middle School requires an adult to accompany students to all pep rallies.

Even though YOUR child is off campus, we will continue having class time.
